It meets the petrochemical hoisting needs of towers, tanks, kettles, devices, pipes, electricity, fences, corridors and other petrochemical industries; it can meet the requirements of hoisting and maintenance of some wind power equipment. For example, in the 94m main boom working condition, the amplitude is 12m, the lifting performance reaches 60.0t, and the heavy object can be lifted up to 90m; in the fixed auxiliary jib H85+F10 working condition, the amplitude is 14m, the lifting capacity is 51.3t, and the heavy object can be lifted up to 92m.
Specially designed for shield working conditions, there is no need to purchase special accessories separately. An independent machine can meet the requirements of subway shield hoisting, and double hooks can be used to hoist and turn over shield equipment with a diameter of 6m to 8m. For example, in shield working condition HB22+F7, the main boom main hook can lift 260t alone, the auxiliary jib auxiliary hook can lift 130t alone, and the total load of main and auxiliary hooks combined is 188.1t.
No auxiliary crane is needed, the main and auxiliary hooks can be switched alternately, and the single function can slide, which is convenient for the rebar cage flipping and erecting during bridge foundation construction. The equipment is used less, the space occupied is small, and the work efficiency is high. For example, the fixed auxiliary boom main and auxiliary hooks with the main boom main hook and the auxiliary hook of the fixed auxiliary boom working condition can be used alternately to flip and erect the rebar cage that is not greater than the auxiliary hook lifting capacity. In the fixed auxiliary boom working condition HB64+F16_ 10°, the main boom main hook can lift 121.2t alone, and the auxiliary jib auxiliary hook can lift 44t alone.
