Ⅰ.Product Overview
1.Boom combination
The boom of the XLC260 crawler crane is made of large-section, thick-walled, large-diameter, high-strength seamless steel pipes as chord and belly tubes, supplemented by high-strength steel plates welded in sections to form a four-chord space truss structure with equal cross-section in the middle and variable cross-section at both ends.
Under all working conditions, the boom configuration includes main boom bottom section 1×9m, main boom transition section 1×6m, main boom top section 1×5m, tower (auxiliary) jib bottom section 1×1.5m, tower (auxiliary) jib transition section 1×4.5m, tower (auxiliary) jib top section 1×3m, front support 1×7.5m, rear support 1×7.5m, single pulley at arm end, 3m intermediate section (1×3mA, 1×3mB and 1×3mC), 6m intermediate section (1×6mA, 1×6mB and 1×6mC), 12m intermediate section (2×12mA, 2×12mB and 2×12mC).
The maximum lifting capacity of the heavy-duty main boom is 260t/5.5m (multiplier 24), and the maximum lifting torque is 260t×5.5m= 1430t.m. The main boom length is 23m~86m, and the boom sections are composed of: bottom section boom 1×9m, transition section boom 1×6m, top section 1×5m, middle section 1×3mA and 1×3mB, middle section 1×6mA and 1×6mB, middle section 2×12mA and 2×12mB. The main boom can be equipped with a single pulley at the arm end.
The maximum lifting capacity of the tower auxiliary jib is 100t/10m (multiplier 10). The tower arm is 18m to 63m long, and the arm sections are composed of: bottom arm 1×1.5m, transition arm 1×4.5m, top arm 1×3m, middle section 1×3mB and 1×3mC, middle section 1×6mB and 1×6mC, middle section 1×12mB and 2×12mC, front bracket 1×5.8m, rear bracket 1×5.5m. The tower jib can be equipped with a single pulley.
The length of the light main boom is 25.5m to 97.5m, and it is composed of the main boom section and the tower boom section.
The maximum lifting capacity of the fixed auxiliary boom is 100t/8m (multiplier 10). The length of the fixed auxiliary boom is 9m to 30m, and the boom section consists of: bottom section boom 1×1.5m, transition section boom 1×4.5m, top section boom 1×3m, middle section 1×3mB and 1×3mC, middle section 1×6mB and 1×6mC, middle section 1×12mB, and bracket 1×7.5m. Among them, the 9m fixed auxiliary boom can also be used in shield working conditions with the heavy main boom 23m and 26m. The maximum lifting weight of the main hook alone is 224.2t, the maximum lifting weight of the auxiliary hook alone is 98.3t, and the maximum lifting weight of the double hook compound alternating lifting is 166.4t.
2.Boom luffing member
It adopts high-strength pull plate structure with high safety factor; the pull plate transition adopts a balanced beam structure with uniform force; the single pull plate is equipped with a "peach" shaped connecting hole, which is easy to install, labor-saving and efficient.
3.Mast
The mast is composed of a box-shaped double-limb structure with a reinforced crossbeam between the two limbs, which provides good stability. The mast lifting cylinder can rotate around the connection hinge of the turntable to realize the lifting and lowering of the mast.
4.Turntable
The turntable is the key bearing structure for connecting the upper and lower vehicles. It adopts a double-sided "I" beam box frame composite structure welded from high-strength steel plates. It can be connected to the lower vehicle through a slewing bearing, with high overall strength and good stability. The control room, main luffing mechanism, engine system, hydraulic pump group, hydraulic valve, electric control cabinet, mast, main boom bottom section, upper vehicle counterweight and its self-disassembling cylinder (optional) can be connected to the turntable at different locations.
