Product Overview
1.Boom combination
The main boom length is 24m~96m (standard 66m), and the boom sections are composed of: bottom boom 1×10.5m, transition boom 1×12m, connecting section 1×1.5m, intermediate section 2×6m (standard 1 piece), intermediate section 3×12mA, intermediate section 2×12mB (optional), and 1 standard 300t boom head pulley block (standard). The main boom can be equipped with a single pulley at the arm end.
The tower boom length is 24m~66m (standard 42m), and the boom sections are composed of: bottom boom 1×9m, intermediate section 1×6mA, top boom 1×9m, intermediate section 1×6mB, intermediate section 3×12m (standard 1 piece), front bracket 1×9.5m, and rear bracket 1×9.5m. The tower boom can be equipped with a single tower boom pulley.
The length of the light main boom is 73.5m~115.5m (optional standard 97.5m), which is composed of the main boom section and the tower boom section. The light main boom can be equipped with a tower boom single pulley.
The length of the fixed jib is 9m~12m (optional standard 9m), and the boom section consists of: bottom section boom 1×4.5m, top section boom 1×4.5m, middle section 1×3m (optional), and fixed jib bracket 1×7m.
2.Boom luffing member
It adopts high-strength pull plate structure with high safety factor; the pull plate transition adopts balanced beam structure with uniform force; the "peach" shaped connecting hole makes installation easy, labor-saving and efficient.
3.Mast
The mast is composed of a box-shaped double-limb structure with a reinforced crossbeam between the two limbs, which provides good stability. The mast lifting cylinder can rotate around the connection hinge of the turntable to realize the lifting and lowering of the mast. The mast has a super-lift interface reserved.
4.Turntable
The turntable is a key bearing structure for connecting the upper and lower vehicles. It adopts a double-sided "I" beam box frame composite structure welded from high-strength steel plates. It can be connected to the lower vehicle through a slewing bearing, with high overall strength and good stability. The control room, main luffing mechanism, engine system, hydraulic main pump, hydraulic valve, electric control cabinet, mast, main boom bottom section, upper vehicle counterweight and other components can be connected to the turntable at different locations. The turntable has reserved an ultra-lifting interface.

The main lifting mechanism and the auxiliary lifting mechanism can realize the joint lifting of the main and auxiliary hooks under shield working conditions.
6.Lifting mechanism
The lifting mechanism includes main lifting mechanism I, auxiliary lifting mechanism and main lifting mechanism II (optional). The lifting mechanism is driven by a motor with a planetary gear reducer, and the main hook or auxiliary hook is lifted and lowered through a drum and luffing pulley set.

7.Luffing mechanism
The luffing mechanism includes the main luffing mechanism and the tower boom luffing mechanism.

The main luffing mechanism has a built-in planetary reducer and adopts a normally closed brake to achieve the "spring brake/hydraulic release" function, which is safe and reliable.
The main luffing drum is equipped with a ratchet locking device, and the pawl is driven by a hydraulic cylinder to achieve multiple locking protection. The main luffing mechanism uses a left-handed, alternating, non-rotation-resistant special steel wire rope with a rope diameter of 26mm and a length of 370m.
The tower boom luffing mechanism and the auxiliary lifting mechanism are the same device, and the tower boom luffing is achieved through function switching.
8.Slewing mechanism
The slewing mechanism and the slewing bearing are driven by external meshing and arranged in front of the turntable. The motor drives the planetary gear reducer to drive the slewing bearing, which can achieve 360° rotation.
The slewing mechanism has a built-in planetary reducer and a normally closed brake to achieve the "spring brake/hydraulic release" function, ensuring that the slewing has extremely high braking safety.
The slewing mechanism is also equipped with a mechanical slewing locking device to achieve locking protection of the slewing mechanism. The slewing mechanism has a free sliding function.
9.Slewing bearing
The large-diameter raceway-reinforced three-row large roller slewing bearing has large bearing capacity, small resistance, wear resistance and long service life.
