The main lifting mechanism and the auxiliary lifting mechanism can realize the joint lifting of the main and auxiliary hooks under shield working conditions.
Lifting mechanism
The lifting mechanism includes the main lifting mechanism, the auxiliary lifting mechanism and the single pulley lifting mechanism (optional). The lifting mechanism is driven by a motor with a planetary gear reducer, and the main hook or auxiliary hook is lifted and lowered through the drum, guide pulley and lifting pulley group.
The lifting mechanism has a built-in planetary reducer and adopts a normally closed brake to realize the "spring brake/hydraulic release" function, which is safe and reliable. The drum adopts a double-fold multi-layer winding drum made of ductile iron, which has good vibration absorption, ensures that the wire rope is wound in multiple layers without tangling, and effectively extends the service life of the wire rope.
The lifting mechanism uses an independent steel core, high breaking tension, high extrusion resistance and anti-rotation special steel wire rope, with a rated single rope tension of 14.3t, a wire rope diameter of φ26 mm, and the main, auxiliary and single pulley lifting rope lengths are 455m, 290m and 250m respectively.
Luffing mechanism
The luffing mechanism includes the main luffing mechanism and the tower arm luffing mechanism. The main luffing mechanism is independently driven by a double drum and is installed in the middle of the turntable through a pin shaft.
The main luffing mechanism is driven by a motor to drive the planetary gear reducer, and the main arm luffing is achieved through the drum and the luffing pulley set.
The main luffing mechanism has a built-in planetary reducer and adopts a normally closed brake to achieve the "spring brake/hydraulic release" function, which is safe and reliable.
The main luffing drum is equipped with a ratchet locking device, and the ratchet is driven by a hydraulic cylinder to achieve multiple locking protection.
The main luffing drum is made of ductile iron with double-folded multi-layer winding double drum, which has good vibration absorption, ensures that the wire rope is wound in multiple layers without tangling, and effectively extends the service life of the wire rope.
The main luffing mechanism uses a high breaking force wire rope, with a rated single rope tension of 10.8t, a wire rope diameter of φ26mm, and a length of 275m.
The tower arm luffing mechanism and the auxiliary lifting mechanism are the same device, which is installed at the bottom section of the main arm. The tower arm luffing is achieved through function switching.
